PLAYER PROFILE
I'm Karim Said, a game developer who builds gameplay and AI systems that make worlds feel alive. I've served as game director and developer across 15+ released titles that have drawn 1.2M+ player-minutes — designing, coding, and shipping each one. As Game Director at LNV I build Fortnite (UEFN / Verse) experiences end to end, and I also ship solo titles in Unreal Engine 5 with C++ — owning everything from prototyping mechanics to debugging, optimization, and live ops.
Earlier I worked as a gameplay AI engineer and QA tester across studios, and I love the moment a system finally clicks and starts surprising the player. When I'm not building games I teach programming and robotics — which keeps me sharp at turning hard ideas into simple ones.

Guess My Number
2026Game Director — a 1v1 guessing duel at LNV. Pick a secret number, then ask smart questions to deduce your opponent's while staying one step ahead. A fast mix of logic, mind games, and competition with endless replayability.
Word Imposter
2026Game Director — a social-deduction party game at LNV. Most players see a secret word; the hidden Imposter doesn't. Everyone drops a hint, then the group debates and votes to expose the Imposter — across Easy to Chaos difficulty modes.
Overdrive
2026Game Director — a high-speed glider and movement experience at LNV, built around skill, freedom, and replayability. Master precision glider courses across three unique worlds, race global leaderboards, and chase randomized runs and hidden cosmetic rewards.
Pit of Champions: Zero Build
2025Game Director — a Zero Build, unlimited-respawn free-for-all gladiator arena at LNV, designed and coded end to end. Ranked play, full weapons, a bounty-hunt system, 1v1 arena, stat saving, and a Hall of Fame, on a map balanced for every playstyle.

2025Solo build — a fast, challenging 1v1 game of tag. The Chaser hunts down the Evader, while the Evader runs for survival.

Don't Fall
2023Solo build — a last-one-standing party game on floating islands. Knock opponents off with Impulse Grenades and use the Grapple Hook to survive. Outsmart everyone and be the last player standing.
Desert Revenant
2022A strategic roguelike deck-building RPG set in the Arabian world of Elmyr. At Kreationware I supported development and QA, balanced mechanics, and acted as the "firefighter" squashing critical last-minute bugs ahead of its Steam release.
Depths of Hell
2022Solo-built in 3 days for Mini Jam 109 (limitation: "Health is a Tool"). A third-person UE5 action-horror where you spend health to trigger abilities, then drain it back from fallen enemies while hunting for keys and a portal to escape.

2021Solo project — a VR combat-racing game built in Unreal Engine with custom vehicle physics and interactive combat systems designed for immersion.
Illusion
2020Solo project — a challenging 2D pixel-art platformer built in GameMaker Studio 2, with knife-throwing combat, slides, and story-driven progression across tutorial, jump-puzzle, and boss levels.
